Communicating in Sport and Tourism (TESM-BE 499 33760)

TESM-BE 499
33760

The art of communicating with one another has changed with the development of technology, but one thing has held throughout: communication skills are essential. Through activities, discussion, special guests, and knowledge; we will develop strategies for students to make new friends, begin creating a network of contacts, and develop interpersonal communication skills that will lead to success at IUPUI and beyond. We will take what we have learned through the semester into the community as we work with the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon and its events on November 3rd.
